“ Popped in to the Mayfair Bar for some drinks and nibbles and was blown away by the cocktail menu. Each drink is inspired by a different destination, with its own delicious set of flavours and speciality ingredients. There was also some fun mixology magic sprinkled throughout (like the Exuberance which features mango clarified using a centrifuge, and the Olive - a spin on a dirty martini which has a sphere of olive juice for a little surprise moment when you get to the bottom of your glass. We also had some amazing bar nibbles, including lobster brioche, calamari with gorgonzola and coconut shrimp in a Malabar sauce - the perfect palate-pleasers. What made the experience extra special was the staff. From head bartender Alessandro who magicked up the aforementioned cocktail artistry, to Lollo whose table service wasn’t just attentive but always accompanied by a smile. We even had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, Luca, who was charismatic and charming - making sure we always felt looked after and keeping the energy in the bar at the perfect level. ”
